Easy Fall DIY Decor

Pumpkin spice may be *basic* but these DIY’s are unique, fun, and cute! Sharing how to create some gorgeous Fall decor on a budget, see below:

Distressed Hurricanes

I took basic dollar store vases and transformed them into the perfect centerpiece for any tablescape or mantle. Using a mixture of spray paint and a rust/oxidizing kit created this really cool distressed finish on the hurricanes. They look so beautiful when styled! Leaf Trinket Bowl

Using a huge leaf I found outside as the base, I pressed it and traced it on some oven bake clay. I then formed it into a bowl. I was going to paint it but I loved the colors that were transferred from the leaf to the clay. I then finished it off with a coat of Mod Podge which gave it a sealer and finish. Boucle Pumpkins

Boucle has been such a trendy statement fabric this year, I thought it made perfect sense to utilize some of the fabric I had and create some pumpkins. I love the texture the fabric has and they are so gorgeous styled in my apartment. You can really use any fabric and create some eye-catching decorative pumpkins. Simple Fall Wreath

What better way to celebrate Fall than a wreath. I love heading over to my local JOANN or Michaels and shop the floral section. Once I find the perfect wreath base, I purchase a selection of my favorite florals and greenery. I even found this adorable fox that I had to include! Creating the perfect wreath is all about layers, so once I start liking the design I start to hot glue everything together. You can watch the step by step tutorial HERE.

Beaded Garland

Beaded garland is always a simple way to bring out the holiday vibes! I used textured yarn and wooden beads to bring out that cozy element. I displayed it on my fireplace mantle and paired it with my go-to Fall candle. You can style above a window, doorway, or even across a media unit. You can watch the step by step tutorial HERE.
