A compact and beautifully expressive studio pottery pot with a wide, slightly irregular rim and a rich reactive glaze that pools between deep green, warm brown, and silvery grey across the surface. The glaze has the complex, lava-like quality of a high-fired piece, with areas of matte and gloss creating a constantly shifting visual texture. The piece is signed by the maker.
