Italian Beveled Smoked Glass Picture Frame, 1960's

This Italian smoked glass picture frame, dating to circa 1960, pairs a broad beveled surround with a smaller clear glass panel. Two rounded metal fasteners punctuate the spare silhouette, while the smoky tint creates a rich backdrop for a treasured photograph. Its sculptural glass support and clean lines bring a refined architectural accent to a desk, shelf, or console.
